 2022 Jan - Hypervisor migration Virtual machine migration processing I prepared a new server to hold around 10 Virtual Machines (VMs) in Dec 2021.  Spend around a week to move all the VMs over.  Sadly, the machine freeze when there are high load of file sync activities. Tested 2 times, and when the Machine freeze, all VMs will instantly died.  This is when all your colleague will start attacking and chasing you. So, 1 week move to new-server, and 1 week to move back to old server.  So can re-setup the new server and do some load pressure test. This is no fun, as after months of effort, ppl will think that you have done nothing as we are still at the same place as 2021 Nov.  So sad ..  Push push push ...  #### 3 hours later After all VMs moved out .. load test show no error.  God, am dying .. help me .. 

2022 Jan - Nextcloud - Changing User password as admin This is part of administration routine. When a user forget his/her password, instead of using forget password (eg. Dropbox, Google Drive ), admin can reset the password directly. Go to the web portal of your nextcloud, or dashboard Click on your profile icon, and select [ Users ]

 2022 Jan - Hypervisor crashed and VMs failed to boot zfs scrubbing for error check Server freeze while I am trying to migrate data from one VM to another VM.  In the end, all VMs got affected, so I have did a forced reboot. And then, worst nightmare came with server getting a slow boot detecting virtual partitions.  Oh god, come on ... it is 7pm !!! Waited for 10 mins and it is still not moving, thus did a hard reboot again, and it hang in the same place again.  Thus, I went for a quick dinner first. When am back to the office, Hypervisor was up .. but most VMs are dead!  Oh dear, I still need to sleep.  Spend 15 mins to notice VM's partition is missing.  Do I did a partition recovery for each of the VM. Finally managed go leave office around 9pm, but reporting time for next day wont change.  So much fun doing IT. Thus today need to go thru the server to see what causes the server to freeze, and see if need to migrate all VMs to another server. ### Next day After going thru the lo
